1. Acceptance of Terms

Each player is permitted to hold only one account. If multiple accounts are found under the same person — whether using the same device, payment method, IP address, or ID — all accounts may be suspended and any balances forfeited, pending investigation.

If you suspect your account has been accessed by someone else, contact our support team immediately. We will work with you to secure the account and investigate any unauthorised activity.

4. Deposits and Payments

5. Withdrawals

To request a withdrawal, your account must be fully verified. Unverified accounts are not eligible for withdrawal processing. Funds must be withdrawn to an account or wallet in your own name — the same details you used to deposit, where applicable.

Withdrawal processing times vary depending on the payment method selected. Standard bank transfers typically take one to three business days. We aim to process approved withdrawal requests as quickly as possible, but processing times may be longer during high-volume periods.

The following actions are strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension:

If a game error, technical fault, or display issue occurs during play, the outcome will be determined by our server records. In cases where a game round cannot be completed due to a technical fault, the affected stake will be returned to the player's account.
